Key Responsibilities:

Build and maintain strong customer relationships, providing timely follow-ups as needed.
Deliver prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, including handling inquiries about insurance options, eligibility, coverage details, policy changes, claims, and billing.
Foster successful and long-lasting customer relationships through attentive and proactive communication.
Identify opportunities to market additional products and services that meet customer needs.

Qualifications:

A minimum of 3 years of experience in a sales role within a State Farm Agency is required.
Must hold active insurance licenses in both Arizona (AZ) and Nevada (NV).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
A strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
Ability to anticipate customer needs and provide solutions with minimal supervision.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and relate to customers effectively.
