Develop and implement systems to streamline the agent's activities.
Support social media content creation and manage analytics, CRM systems as needed.
Coordinate travel arrangements and logistics for events, including sales engagements.
Greet visitors, ascertain their needs, and direct them appropriately.
Assist with personal tasks and other duties as assigned.
Qualifications & Requirements:

Minimum of 2 years of administrative support experience, preferably as an Executive Assistant.
Ability to travel domestically and internationally as required.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Discretion, trustworthiness, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and strong computer literacy.
Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy and efficiency.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Pay Scale: $18-21 per hour based on experience, with potential for bonuses and incentives.
