What You'll Be Doing:

Be the Key Point of Contact: Serve as the liaison between the executive, employees, clients, and external partners, facilitating clear communication.
Handle Administrative Tasks: Draft and edit emails, memos, and other communications on behalf of the executive, maintaining a high level of professionalism.
Organize Meetings and Events: Schedule meetings, send reminders, and coordinate logistics, including catering and travel arrangements.
Content and CRM Management: Oversee social media content and manage CRM systems as needed.
Support Travel and Events: Arrange travel plans and manage event logistics to ensure successful engagements.
Welcome Visitors: Greet and assist visitors, directing them to the appropriate departments as needed.
What We're Looking For:

Experience: At least 2 years in an administrative support role.
Flexibility: Ability to travel within the US and internationally.
Skills: Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Personal Traits: Dependable, proactive, and capable of working independently.
Technical Proficiency: Strong computer skills, including MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
