Key Responsibilities:
Manage the executive's calendar, schedule appointments, and prioritize important matters.
Serve as the primary point of contact between the executive, employees, clients, and external partners.
Provide comprehensive administrative support including drafting emails, memos, and communications on behalf of the executive.
Schedule and coordinate meetings, send reminders, and organize catering as needed.
Develop and implement systems and procedures to streamline the executive's activities.
Offer high-level, confidential support and manage content for social media channels and CRM systems.
Handle travel and event logistics, including coordinating travel arrangements and managing product sales at events.
Welcome and assist visitors, ensuring they are directed to the appropriate department.
Follow up on sales and appointments to ensure timely and effective outcomes.
Undertake personal duties for the executive as assigned.
What We're Looking For:
At least 2 years of administrative support experience.
Willingness to travel as needed, both domestically and internationally.
Flexibility, dependability, and adaptability in a dynamic environment.
Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
Strong organizational abilities and the capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Discreet and trustworthy, with a proactive and professional attitude.
Quick thinker with creativity and self-motivation.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Skills and Qualifications:
Proven experience working in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines effectively.
Fluent in English with strong communication skills.

Education:
Associate degree preferred.
Experience:
Microsoft PowerPoint: 2 years (preferred).
Administrative Experience: 2 years (preferred).
Executive Assistant: 2 years (required).
