Job Title: Solutions Architect - Technology & Data
Location: Remote/ Hybrid
Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and versatile Solutions Architect with expertise across multiple technology domains, including Salesforce Experience Cloud, ThoughtSpot, Tableau, and databases. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of data models, analytics tools, and cloud-based solutions, combined with the ability to design scalable and effective systems that support business operations and drive digital transformation.
As a Solutions Architect, you will play a critical role in guiding technology strategy, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and delivering innovative solutions that align with business needs and technical requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Salesforce Experience Cloud: Design, implement, and optimize Salesforce Experience Cloud solutions to enhance customer engagement and provide a seamless experience across digital channels.
Data Integration & Analytics: Architect solutions that integrate ThoughtSpot and Tableau to provide self-service analytics, visualizations, and actionable insights to business users.
Database & Data Models: Design and optimize data models and database architectures to ensure scalability, reliability, and performance across large data sets and complex business systems.
Technical Leadership: Lead the technical design, architecture reviews, and decision-making processes. Provide mentorship and guidance to development and data engineering teams.
Requirements Analysis: Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions that align with organizational goals.
Cloud Solutions: Design and implement scalable and secure cloud solutions across platforms, with a strong focus on high availability, security, and performance.
Cross-Technology Expertise: Bring a multi-disciplinary understanding of technology, including cloud services, databases, data analytics, and customer engagement platforms to architect solutions that meet business objectives.
Problem-Solving & Innovation: Apply creativity and problem-solving skills to complex technical challenges, identifying new opportunities for automation, performance improvement, and business value.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field (Master’s preferred).
Experience:
7+ years of experience in a solutions architecture or technical leadership role.
Extensive experience with Salesforce Experience Cloud, including customization and integration.
Strong expertise in data analytics tools such as ThoughtSpot and Tableau.
Proven experience designing and implementing data models and managing databases (SQL, NoSQL, etc.).
Knowledge of cloud architectures (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform) and data integration technologies.
Skills:
Expertise in designing and deploying data-driven solutions, analytics systems, and CRM platforms.
Strong knowledge of software development methodologies, including Agile and DevOps practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Proven ability to lead technical teams, influence decision-making, and deliver projects on time and within budget.
Knowledge of integration frameworks, APIs, and data pipelines.
Preferred Skills:
Salesforce certifications (Salesforce Architect, Salesforce Platform Developer).
Experience with data warehousing, ETL processes, and business intelligence tools.
Familiarity with machine learning concepts and AI integration in business solutions.
Cloud certifications (AWS Solutions Architect, Azure Architect, etc.).
