Our client is looking for an Associate Producer to join their international team based in Los Angeles. The role focuses on overseeing multi-asset campaigns for high-profile clients and ensuring smooth project execution from briefing to delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage client relationships and lead creative briefings, amendments, and asset delivery during LA hours.
• Collaborate seamlessly with teams across multiple locations on fast-turnaround projects.
• Oversee post-production workflows, ensuring timely and accurate project delivery while maintaining the highest creative quality.
• Act as a key creative contributor, shaping internal briefs and guiding the team to meet client expectations.
• Maintain organization and clear communication across all projects, both internally and with clients.
• Provide mentorship to production assistants, fostering a collaborative environment.

Qualifications:

• at least 3 years of experience in a creative agency or entertainment marketing team.
• Strong organizational, time-management, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Passion for film, TV, and entertainment.
