Bilingual Community Outreach Social Worker (Mobile Unit)

A Bilingual Community Outreach Social Worker (Mobile Unit) is needed in Lakeland, FL.

Salary and Benefits:

• Salary Range: $55,000 to $68,000+ annually (depending on experience)

Responsibilities:

• Schedule: 8am-5pm - dependent on what events are scheduled for the week (flexible scheduling)
• Community Focus: Engage with individuals and families across diverse age ranges within the Lakeland community

Requirements:

• Qualifications: Master's degree in Social Work
• Licensure: Active social work license in the State of Florida preferred
• Experience: Social Worker with a passion for community outreach.
• Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Spanish
• 1 year experience preferred working in migrant communities and underserved populations and demographics
• Preferred experience maneuvering and operating a mobile unit. Enhanced DMV licensure not required.
