- Reasonable Caseloads: Your caseload will be controlled by you in order to provide the quality of care you demand for children with autism, as well as adequate supervision of the RBT’s under your guidance.
- Administrative Support: An Administrative Assistant Specialist will work alongside you to handle all administrative tasks and documentation that does not have to be completed by a BCBA in order to give you the time to focus on your responsibilities. All billing processes are taken care of by our billing staff.

Duties/ Responsibilities: - Oversight of Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) with guidance and structured feedback
- Conducting Functional Assessments
- Developing initial Behavior Intervention Plans
- Continuous Monitoring, Evaluation, and Modification of Behavioral Plans as needed.
- Collaboration among professionals to develop and build an effective Program.
Qualifications: - Certification as a BCBA or planning to sit for BCBA exam within 30 days.
- Ability to develop and maintain a positive and professional relationship with consumers, families, and caregivers.
- Ability to work independently and part of a team.
- Organizational skills.
- Communication skills verbally and written.
- Problem solving skills.
- Drive to develop and build a program to its full potential.
