Overview
We are seeking a full-time Bookkeeper to join our office in Baldwin, LA.

Duties

• Perform general ledger accounting tasks
• Manage accounts payable and accounts recievable
• Conduct account analysis
• Process biweekly payroll and biweekly per diem
• Sales tax reporting and ensuring accurate tax filings
• Use of client portals
• Reconcile bank statements
• Process incoming mail and phone calls

Experience

• Accounting degree or at least three years of bookkeeping experience.

Skills Required

• Basic accounting knowledge
• Experience with QuickBooks, Microsoft Office
• General computer proficiency
• Strong critical thinker
• Produces work with high levels of accuracy, professionalism, and consistency
• Familiarity with data entry
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Schedule:

Monday - Friday, 7:30AM-4:30PM

Flexibility with hours is possible with discussion.
