Job Description Bookkeeper Our client located in Richardson, TX is in need of a Bookkeeper. This is a direct hire opportunity.
Company Profile: Full Service CPA Firm
Bookkeeper Role: Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.
Process invoices and ensure timely payments.
Reconcile accounts and prepare financial reports for management review.
Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
Perform data entry and maintain organized filing systems.
Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts.
Monitor and maintain office supplies inventory.
Prepare payroll and generate payroll reports as needed.
Bookkeeper Background Profile: 5 years of Bookkeeping
Ideally have experience managing multiple company files
Must have QuickBooks Online experience
Must have prior knowledge of filing sales tax reports, 940, 941 and W-2 and 1099 processing
