Situated deep in the heart of the rolling hills of Napa Valley’s Carneros District, Hudson Napa Valley has been growing grapes for exceptional winemakers for over 35 years, and today crafts Hudson wines from select parcels on our 2,000-acre estate. We are seeking a part- time or full-time Brand Ambassador to join us on-property Thursday thru Monday to take full care of guests, clients and trade visitors at our state-of-the-art winery and by-appointment hospitality terrace overlooking our vineyards. We are excited to find candidates who share our passion for leading curated, individualized guest experiences built upon the Hudson family spirit of gracious hospitality and connection to our land.

Often the first point of contact in introducing Hudson to our clients, the Brand Ambassador will impart how every guest is authentically valued and should feel warmly welcomed. Ideal candidates come to Hudson with an existing deep passion for the world and culture of wine, and the eco-system that supports our craft: from farming and ecology, to the culinary arts, travel, history, and hospitality. Candidates must reside within a reasonable drive to Carneros in Napa, and have a minimum of three years of relevant experience.

Duties Include
•  Storytelling about our remarkable land, family, wines, and history in the Napa Valley.
•  Creating experiences that generate lasting memories for our clients.
•  Cementing an enduring connection between our guests and Hudson.
•  Delivering impeccable customer-centric service.
•  Effortlessly maintain long-term relationships with our members, as well as building new ones with key partners at wineries, luxury transportation and accommodation.
•  Effectively utilize our online and computer systems, and master the art of conversation via telephone, to manage guest interactions and scheduling.
•  Work alongside our small team, adding to a positive work culture, wearing many hats.
•  Assist with all measure of guest visits, from tasting experiences to events.
•  The outcome of your hospitality expertise and effort will be visible across measurements of engagement, sales, membership, and wine club.

Other Qualifications/Skills
•  Enthusiasm and positivity in attitude and approach an absolute must.
•  Speak engagingly and ably with groups.
•  Adaptability to changing circumstances -- flexibility in a dynamic environment.
•  Must have a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience. College degree preferred.
•  Must be available to work Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.
•  Ability to lift and carry 50 pounds, balance a tray of wine glasses like a pro, and serve guests with grace.
•  Satisfactory reference check.
