Branding and Marketing Assistant

Responsibilities:

• Represent our client’s brand at various events, engaging with customers and distributing promotional materials.
• Serve as the face of our clients, promoting their products and services to potential customers.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences.
• Assist with sales activities by conducting presentations and product demonstrations.
• Learn and retain in-depth knowledge about our client's products, services, and competitor offerings.
• Address customer queries promptly and professionally, providing exceptional service.
• Support new customer registrations and track interactions for client feedback.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams on various marketing campaigns

Requirements and Skills:

• Previous work experience in marketing communications, branding, or a similar role is preferred.
• Familiarity with brand advertising campaigns and marketing strategies.
• Proficiency in MS Office suite.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent presentation abilities.
• Ability to commute to the job location.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a relevant field is a plus.
