JOB OPENING: Cafe Cook

JOB TITLE:  Cafe Cook 

QUALIFICATIONS: 

• High school graduate or college student preferred

• Minimum completed the 10th grade

• Minimum 16 years of age

• Able to establish effective working relationships with fellow employees

• Competently give and follow instructions

• Dependable, courteous and neat in appearance

• Physically fit and capable of doing light and moderate lifting 

• Possess basic customer service skills  

• Work a flexible schedule including weekend work    

EXPERIENCE: 

• Previous experience in food preparation and restaurant services preferred

KNOWLEDGE: 

• Knowledge of operating procedures for restaurant related equipment preferred 

PRIMARY DUTIES: 

• Assist with inventory control

• Assist with stocking and ordering of all food items

• Follow state regulations regarding sanitation

• Preparation of all food items within the concession area

• Selling merchandise available from concession stand

SECONDARY DUTIES: 

• Assist with birthday party packages and other special party events

• Cleanup of cooking area and equipment

• Removal of all trash in concession area     

RESPONSIBLE TO: 

• Café Manager, Water Park Seasonal Manager and Water Park Director
