We are seeking a Certified Hand Therapist (PT or OT) to join our team. The ideal candidate is passionate about upper extremity rehabilitation and committed to providing high-quality, evidence-based care in a patient-focused environment.
This role is perfect for a therapist who enjoys working with a variety of post-surgical, traumatic, and non-surgical hand and upper extremity conditions. We are looking for someone who thrives in a collaborative setting, values continuous learning, and takes pride in delivering individualized, hands-on care. Our 45-minute appointment times allow for in-depth assessments and treatment sessions, ensuring our patients receive the attention they need to achieve optimal outcomes.
Certified Hand Therapist (CHT) preferred– must hold current CHT certification or be eligible and actively working toward certification.
Licensed as a Physical Therapist (PT) or Occupational Therapist (OT) in the state of Arizona (or eligible for licensure).
Proficiency in custom orthotic fabrication for a variety of upper extremity conditions.
Strong knowledge of post-surgical protocols, tendon rehabilitation, nerve injuries, fractures, and arthritis management .
Excellent manual therapy skills and a commitment to providing hands-on, patient-centered care.
We offer a competitive total compensation package including a base salary of $85,000 -$95,000 plus an incentive plan.
