Civil Litigation Attorney

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil litigation, a passion for advocacy, and the ability to handle a diverse caseload. Responsibilities:

- Manage a broad spectrum of civil litigation cases, including but not limited to personal injury, contract disputes, employment matters, and real estate disputes.

- Conduct legal research and analysis to develop effective case strategies.

- Draft and review legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and settlement agreements.

- Represent clients in court hearings, mediations, and trials.

- Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and other parties involved in legal proceedings.

- Provide legal advice and guidance to clients on various civil matters.

Qualifications:

- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

- Admission to the state bar of New Mexico and in good standing.

- 3-10 years of experience practicing civil litigation.

- Strong legal research, writing, and oral advocacy skills.

- Ability to manage a diverse caseload and prioritize workload effectively.

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

- Demonstrated ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a legal team.

- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and legal compliance.
