Job Type: Full time (40-50 hours per week; 4 month contract)

About the Role

Job Overview:

The Contract Recruiting Coordinator will play an essential role in ensuring that the hiring process runs in an organized and efficient way. Their primary goal will be to strategically impact the top-of-funnel recruitment efforts by implementing sourcing strategies that attract a high volume of highly qualified clinicians. They will be responsible for sourcing candidates using various recruitment platforms and strategies, assisting with scheduling recruiter screens and interviews, managing candidate communication, and maintaining accurate recruiting records and metrics. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, exercise ownership over their contributions to the recruitment funnel, and remain passionate about helping to build a talented workforce.

Who you are:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • 2+ years of experience in recruiting coordination or administrative support (preferably in a fast-paced environment).

  • Demonstrated ability to effectively manage applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.

  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

  • Proficient in Google Suite (Gmail, Sheets, Docs, Meet, etc.)

  • A positive attitude with a passion for providing excellent candidate experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Fountain is a plus.

  • Experience in healthcare recruiting.

  • Ability to work independently and in a collaborative team environment.

  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
