We provide meaningful engagements to develop impactful and achievable business solutions. We are seeking an experienced IWMS Implementation Consultant to join our team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality IWMS solutions to our clients. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, project management skills, and strong client-facing abilities. What You’ll Do: • Develop engaging and informative presentations for workshops and client meetings. • Facilitate workshops and client meetings. • Gather and document client requirements for IWMS implementation projects. • Create detailed design documentation based on client requirements and project specifications. • Work with clients to facilitate data collection and validation. • Manage and execute data loading processes to ensure accurate system configuration. • Configure the IWMS software according to client needs and specification and document configuration. • Create dashboards and reports using IWMS platform. • Coordinate and support testing activities to ensure the system meets quality standards. • Prepare training documentation and conduct training sessions to educate clients on using the IWMS system effectively. • Respond to client inquiries and provide technical assistance. • Conduct software demos to showcase IWMS capabilities to clients. • Offer ongoing support and troubleshooting for IWMS-related issues. • Assist clients with system upgrades. • Assist in developing project plans, schedules, and milestones. • Coordinate with team members and stakeholders to ensure project deliverables are met on time. • Identify and mitigate project risks and issues. • Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values. Influence parties of shared interests to reach an agreement. What You’ll Need: • Bachelor's Degree preferred with 3-5 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered. • Strong understanding in IWMS or CAFM technologies is highly desired. • Experience with Nuvolo IWMS and/or ServiceNow platform is recommended. • Proficiency in Java, JavaScript or XML is recommended. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Strong organizational and analytical skills. • Ability to provide efficient, timely, reliable and courteous service to customers. • Advanced analytical and quantitative skills. • In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
