Position Description:

The Sales Representative position at By All Means is responsible for driving sales growth, fostering new client relationships, maintaining existing accounts, and identifying potential sales opportunities. The successful candidate will be tasked with promoting and generating sales to hospitality and grocery store retail accounts within the Missoula and Kalispell regions.

Responsibilities:

  • Meet monthly sales expectations.
  • Daily account visits and digital communication with existing clients.
  • Account growth and account relationship building.
  • Sales order processing and delivery coordination.
  • Beer sampling and tasting events.
  • Prospect and identify new account opportunities for sales growth.
  • Provide account service merchandising and product promotion.
  • Conduct wait-staff education, beer tastings, and beer-pairing dinners.
  • Utilize account management software and data population.
  • Attend weekly meetings and actively communicate with our team.

Key Requirements:

  • Thorough knowledge of the hospitality network and industry.
  • Strong Beverage knowledge.
  • Strong sales experience and network management skills.
  • Excellent customer support, time management, and computer skills.
  • Enthusiasm and the ability to motivate and excite customers.
  • Organization and consistency.
  • Problem-solving and team mentality.

Compensation:

  • Base salary starts at $50,000 with additional incentives after 6 months or sales performance is achieved.
  • Projected salary with incentive and sales goals achieved $56,000 to $65,000.
  • Company vehicle for daily operations or mileage reimbursement.

Expected Experiences:

  • You will be surrounded by dedicated professionals who are fervently passionate about their work and customers.
  • The majority of your days will be spent in the field, visiting key accounts, evaluating product offerings, and enhancing account relations and services while maintaining a proactive and helpful stance.
  • During times when you are not engaged in field activities, you will be handling sales responsibilities either remotely or at the office, contributing to the smooth facilitation of daily operations.

By All Means is focused on bringing the best products imaginable to market, with lower volume and higher price points.
