Salary: $45,000 - $55,000 per year plus bonus

Job Description: As a Digital Marketing Coordinator, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing our digital marketing campaigns. You will collaborate with the marketing team to create and optimize strategies that drive traffic, engagement, and conversions. Your role will involve a mix of creative and analytical tasks, ensuring our digital marketing efforts are effective and aligned with our business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, including social media, email, and web.
• Optimize content for SEO and manage keyword strategies.
• Analyze and report on campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and other marketing software.
• Coordinate with the design team to create engaging visual content.
• Manage and update the company’s website and social media profiles.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing.
• Assist in the creation of marketing materials such as brochures, newsletters, and email campaigns.
• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 2-3 years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record of successful campaigns.
• Strong understanding of SEO, Google Analytics, and social media advertising.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in marketing software and tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Mailchimp, Adobe Creative Suite).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with B2B and B2C marketing strategies.
• Knowledge of HTML/CSS and content management systems (CMS).
• Certification in Google Analytics or other digital marketing certifications.
