Event Marketing Assistant

The client's headquarters is located in Downtown Dayton OH. | Oregon District so be prepared for travel or relocation for this on-site role. No remote or hybrid positions are available. Immediate hire. 

Responsibilities:

• Immerse yourself in the exciting whirlwind of event execution!
• Generate excitement by creating and distributing promotional materials.
• Set the scene by organizing decorations, signage, and other eye-catching elements.
• Monitor event activities to ensure everything flows as smoothly as possible.
• Handling customer queries in a timely and professional manner.
• Ability in learning and retaining a wealth of knowledge about the brands products and services as well as competitor offers.
• Collaborate with your team to ensure every customer leaves with a smile and a memorable experience!

Requirements:

• Exceptional communication skills!
• A master multitasker with strong organizational abilities.
• Detail-oriented and composed under pressure in a fast pace environment.
• Conducting presentations and demonstrations (client-dependent)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Flexibility is essential (hrs of operation: 10am-7pm)
• Previous event planning experience? That's a bonus!
• No experience is required.
