Raizan Solutions LLC is Hiring for Their Client Position: Experienced Maintenance Mechanic Technician Location: South Bend, IN (On-site) Employment Type: Direct Hire Note: Raizan Solutions LLC does not charge candidates. Key Details:

• Shift: 1st shift (5:00 AM - 3:00 PM; overtime required).
• Experience Level: Mid-level (5–8 years).
• Education Level: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Skills: Electrical (110, 220, 280, 480), hydraulics, forklift maintenance, welding, fabrication.
• Experience Required: Prior corrugation experience and a minimum of 5 years in maintenance.

Job Responsibilities: As a Maintenance Mechanic Technician, you will:

• Take charge of repairing and maintaining complex machinery with minimal supervision.
• Perform unscheduled and preventative maintenance to ensure smooth production operations.
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems, including forklift maintenance.
• Dismantle machinery, lubricate components, and perform detailed equipment inspections.
• Read and interpret detailed work orders, schematics, and blueprints to execute repairs.
• Maintain a safe workspace by cleaning and organizing tools, equipment, and work areas.
• Collaborate with production teams to prioritize maintenance tasks and meet operational goals.

Requirements:

• Longevity in work history is required.
• Proven mechanical expertise with hands-on experience in electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic troubleshooting.
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and detailed work orders.
• Adaptability and willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and overtime.
• Comfortable with lifting up to 25 pounds and working in a fast-paced, loud environment.
