The Protected Communication Systems (PCS) within Collins Aerospace is seeking a Financial Analyst to support multiple programs across the Ground & Maritime Solutions Portfolio. This position will be an integrated part of a fast-paced finance team where strategic thinking, multitasking and individual initiative are key requirements. The selected individual will be a technical analysis focal point for Control Account Managers (CAMs) and the Program Office to support the development of various program funding profiles, sales outlooks, billing projections, and Variance Analysis Reports (VARs).
Primary Responsibilities
Work closely with the program teams to influence all financial aspects of the programs.
Provide support for ad hoc data reporting as well as participating in senior level projects and product-line initiatives for both the GMS Finance Manager.
Program maintenance to include control of cost/schedule, EVMS compliance, cash receipts, initiating and tracking billings, IOT's.
Monthly Business Reviews (MBRs), quarterly EAC's, Gate 5's, and all required internal/external monthly, quarterly reporting, utilizing the full complement of program controls tools (Business Warehouse, SAP/APEX, Rplan, EDIT+, PMX)
Support frequent financial reviews with management, and interface with lead engineers and other cross functional organizations such as Contracts, Accounting, Supply Chain, and all levels of leadership.
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree and 12 months or less of relevant professional work experience (excluding internships)
U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access the information under this program/contract
Preferred Qualifications:
Proficient in APEX EV and working knowledge of the SAP functions.
Professional experience of applied EVMS principles, including Raytheon EVMS Certification.
Financial controls experience relative to multiple contract types
Understanding of Raytheon financial and accounting policies and procedures
