Are you a motivated, detail-oriented professional looking to jumpstart your career in recruiting? We're seeking an Entry-Level Recruiter to join our team and help connect talented individuals with rewarding opportunities. This is an on-site position based in West Covina, CA, with regular hours from Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM.

What You'll Do
As an Entry-Level Recruiter, you will play a vital role in the hiring process. Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Managing full-cycle recruiting for hourly and salaried roles
Developing and updating job descriptions and specifications
Sourcing and attracting candidates using databases, social media, and other platforms
Screening resumes and job applications
Maintaining strong email and phone correspondence with candidates and clients
Preparing candidate files for management and ensuring compliance with hiring procedures
Keeping applicant tracking systems (ATS) up to date and accurate
Responding promptly to employee and client inquiries
Performing data entry and handling confidential information with care
What We're Looking For
To succeed in this role, you'll need:

Experience: At least 1 year in customer service/support or sales, and 1 year in an office setting
Education: High School Diploma or GED
Skills:
Exceptional verbal and written communication
Strong organizational and time-management abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Adobe
Familiarity with online cloud tools like Dropbox and Google Drive
Impeccable customer service and attention to detail
