This position requires a self-motivated, business-minded, and confident attorney with excellent interpersonal skills, an ability to manage changing priorities and a broad range of legal requests, combined with a desire to improve efficiency in the legal process.
The successful candidate needs an understanding of and experience with SaaS agreements and will be expected to effectively negotiate agreements related to procurement, inbound software and services providers, partnerships, as well as supporting the sales team in responding to RFPs/RFIs. A trusted and valued member of the management team, the General Counsel will be fully involved in the business, advising the CFO in a way that transcends the role typically played by an attorney.
