This position will serve as the IT Service Desk Center – Unit C Supervisor providing leadership and management oversight to unit staff for assigned areas that provides maintenance service and support of DoIT managed voice, video, data, and wireless services. This position will manage staff and provide direction in the tracking and resolution of service requests and incidents involving MS Office Suite, anti-virus software and enterprise standard desktop operating systems. In this role you will participate in the development, review, negotiation, and approval of contracts for service and equipment, supports vendor due diligences, vendor development, and performance management. The ideal candidate must be able to multi-task and prioritize work to meet required deadlines.
