Job Description:
We seek a detail-oriented and enthusiastic Junior Curam Business Analyst to join our team.
This entry-level position offers an excellent opportunity to start a career in business analysis and
work with the Curam platform to enhance social service programs.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in gathering and documenting business requirements for Curam projects.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into technical specifications.
• Support senior analysts in conducting analysis and design sessions.
• Participate in testing and validation of Curam solutions.
• Contribute to creating user manuals, training materials, and other documentation.
• Provide end-user support and troubleshooting assistance.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field.
• Basic understanding of business analysis principles and methodologies.
• Familiarity with the Curam Social Program Management platform is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Eagerness to learn and grow in the role.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Internship or coursework related to business analysis or social services software.
• Basic knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC)
