Job Summary:
We are looking for dedicated candidates to join our team as Licensed Clinical Social Workers in California. Therapies is offering remote telehealth positions for full-time and part-time LCSW staff therapists. Responsibilities:

Conduct intake assessments
Provide therapy for individuals, couples, families, and children
Develop personalized treatment plans for each client
Utilize evidence-based treatment methods in group and individual settings
Maintain accurate documentation of patient information and treatment progress
Perform regular wellness check-ins
Adhere to facility and licensing standards
Qualifications:

Master's degree in Social Work
California State Social Work License
Minimum 3 years of experience as a mental health therapist preferred
Bilingual (Spanish) proficiency with additional pay incentive
Enrollment as a Medicare Ordering and Referring Provider is highly desired
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Exceptional organizational abilities
Experience with County Mental Health Systems and Documentation preferred for part-time positions
