What You'll Do:

• Lead Our Team: Provide strong, collaborative leadership to our dedicated staff.
• Focus on Business Development: Develop and execute strategies to grow our census and build relationships within the surrounding community.
• Be Present, Be Engaged: Make regular rounds, connect with residents, and actively participate in facility operations.

Qualifications:

• Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) with 3+ years of experience.
• Passion for quality care and resident well-being.
• Collaborative leadership style with a hands-on approach.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
