Position Overview:
We are seeking a dependable and safety-conscious Front Discharge Ready Mix Concrete Truck Driver to join our team. This position involves delivering ready-mix concrete to local job sites while providing excellent customer service. Drivers will be home every evening and enjoy weekends off, with work limited to daylight hours.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate a front discharge ready-mix concrete truck in a safe and efficient manner.
• Load, transport, and deliver ready-mix concrete to local construction sites.
• Perform pre- and post-trip inspections to ensure the vehicle's safety and compliance.
• Interact professionally with customers, providing timely and courteous service.
• Follow all traffic laws, company policies, and DOT regulations.
• Maintain truck cleanliness and assist with minor maintenance tasks as needed.
• Monitor and adjust concrete slump according to specifications during delivery.
• Communicate effectively with dispatch to ensure efficient operations.

Work Schedule:

• Daylight hours.
• Home every evening.
• Weekends off.

Qualifications:

• Valid Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) Class A or B with air brake endorsement.
• 21 Years or older
• Clean driving record with a focus on safety.
• Ability to work independently and maintain punctuality.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Previous experience with concrete trucks or heavy vehicles preferred but not required.
