Job Description

• Lead and manage the Restaurant as a destination restaurant on its own, ensuring development of the Restaurant brand and compliance with the original concept and all curated service standards and procedures.
• Lead and manage the Restaurant in achievement of its optimal financial performance and operational targets through establishment of a positive culture, clear expectations and policy and procedural implementation.
• Drive revenue and profit through the development and implement action of strategies, practices and promotions while in keeping with the overall concept
• Working closely with the Executive Chef to execute the smooth and flawless operation of both the Front and Heart of House

• Maintain the safety and sanitation of both front and heart of house restaurant operation

• Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective operation of the hotel

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of restaurant management experience in a similar role.
• Luxury setting experience preferred.
• Degree or Diploma in Management or Hospitality preferred.
