Do you like a job where every day includes multiple tasks? Are you great at customer service? We are seeking a Medical Assistant to join our concierge- like medical practice, Radiantly Healthy MD. This position is a ‘front line’ face of our practice and needs to be friendly, positive and have excellent customer service skills. This position is 80% medical admin/patient interfacing with 20% clinical tasks. Our clinic offers the most up-to-date medical care and therapies including Hormone pellets, peptides, PRP and more. Position Details:

· Full-time Position – somewhat flexible 30-40 hours a week including Friday 9-2

· Hourly rate: $18-22 depending on experience and ability.

The Opportunity:

· A ‘sixth sense’ to anticipating patient needs and have excellent communication and customer service skills.

· Organizational skills are a must – you will frequently be switching tasks and need to be able to stay on course.

· You must be trustworthy and able to safeguard the confidentiality of our patients and team.

· A growth and learning mindset about integrative/functional/lifestyle medicine.

Duties:

· Respond to patient inquiries, portal messages, refill requests and clinical questions in a warm and professional manner.

· Prepare and assist with procedures.

· Coordinate peptide therapy prescriptions.

· Educate and Instruct patients on self-injections, application of CGM and checking vitals between appointments.

· Coordinate and monitor pellet inventory.

· Assist with the development of office systems and procedures.

· Participation in our events and programs.

· Assist team members when necessary and appropriate.

· Technical Aptitude – the ability to learn and utilize different software applications, online platforms, and electronic devices.

Requirements:

· High school diploma or equivalent

· Medical Assistant certification

· Basic background check required.
