What You'll Do:

Achieve and Exceed: Meet or surpass monthly sales targets and performance metrics.
What We're Looking For:

Experienced Professionals: Proven experience as a Loan Officer or similar role in the mortgage industry.
Knowledgeable: Strong understanding of mortgage loan products and regulations.
Great Communicators: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
