Job Description

We are seeking an individual with a high level of professionalism and effective decision-making to be a Night Auditor, responsibilities include checking guests in, handling inquires about the property and reservations, reconciles all accounts and end of business day tasks. Applicant must have strong interpersonal and administrative skills. Key Requirements/ Qualifications:

  • Successful history as a front desk agent/night auditor or related customer service experience.
  • Advanced math skills, general understanding of accounting procedures.
  • Flexible schedule to meet business needs.
  • Task-driven individual who is able to focus on the guest, ensuring complete satisfaction with each transaction/interaction.
  • Ability to maintain a composed, gracious and professional attitude.
Responsibilities:
  • Reconciles all accounts, balance cash drawers, make necessary corrections as needed
  • Accommodate and anticipate guests needs, respond promptly and professionally.
  • Acts as the information liaison for the property and guests using all communication avenues.
  • Complete night bucket check against PMS system to ensure that all guest information is accurate, matching the registration card against their reservation.
  • Process and collect payments, accurately adhering to all cashier procedures.
  • Maintain a clean and neat front desk area.
