Job Description:

We're looking for a motivated Part-Time Facebook and Google Ads Manager  to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for optimizing and managing our clients' paid search and paid social campaigns across various platforms to drive traffic, conversions, and revenue. You will collaborate closely with our account managers and paid media director to understand campaign objectives for you to deliver measurable results.

Requirements: Two or more years of experience

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute PPC and paid social strategies to increase visibility and ROI.
• Conduct keyword research and manage bids and/or bid strategies to maximize campaign effectiveness.
• Monitor budgets and adjust campaigns to achieve desired KPIs and targets.
• Analyze campaign performance data and provide actionable insights and recommendations.
• Create and optimize ad copy and assets for improved click-through and conversion rates.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in paid search advertising.

Requirements:

• Proven experience managing PPC campaigns across Google Ads and/or Bing Ads.
• Solid understanding of keyword research and campaign optimization techniques.
• Proficiency in Google Analytics and/or other web analytics tools.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
• Google Ads certification.
• Experience managing Meta ads (preferred but not required).

This is a remote part-time position, however, our working hours are between 9-5 EST U.S.

Job Type: Part-time 10-15 hrs./week (possibly leading to full-time)

Pay: $25-$35/hr depending on experience
