CRC Auto Group LLC is a well-established heavy-duty repair shop dedicated to providing top-notch service and quality repairs for our fleet and clients. Our team values precision, expertise, and efficiency, and we’re looking for a Parts Manager who shares our commitment to excellence.

Position Overview:

As the Parts Manager, you’ll be responsible for managing our parts inventory and ensuring the timely availability of parts to meet our repair schedules. This role is crucial to maintaining our shop’s productivity and ensuring that all repair jobs are completed on time with high-quality materials.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive parts deliveries, verify quantities against invoices, and ensure accurate documentation.
• Oversee the stocking and organization of parts to maintain a well-organized parts department.
• Track inventory in our maintenance software, ensuring all parts are accurately recorded and accessible.
• Collaborate with the service team to ensure parts availability aligns with repair schedules.
• Develop and implement strategies to optimize storage and minimize part retrieval time.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient parts area in accordance with shop standards.
• Conduct regular inventory audits and provide reports to higher management.

Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of experience in parts or inventory management, preferably in the heavy-duty vehicle or automotive repair industry.
• Knowledge of the Fullbay repair shop software is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and familiarity with parts related to heavy-duty vehicles.
• Team-oriented with excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
