This is a remote position.

Recruiting is for any type Doctor or RN. However FoxMore Recruiting represent both National and Local Veterinarian Practices and Groups with 274 of open job "Split" requisitions as of 10/19/2024. You must have 3 experience recruiting any kind of Doctor or RN this is a great opportunity. We pay up to 94% client fees.

For clients you source

Annual Commission Structure: For Permanent Placement Positions in the US/Canada with candidates from US/Canada for Clients you source.

70% of client fee Full Cycle (filling Job Order and Candidate) on the first $150000.

94% of client fee Full Cycle (filling Job Order and Candidate) thereafter.

Example: 1

Your commissions cumulative for your 12 month anniversary period are $200000.

Gross Commission $200000

Recruiter Commission for first $150000 $150000 X .70 $105000

Recruiter Commission for $50000 balance is 94% $47000

Total Anniversary Commissions on $200000 $152000

Example: 2

Your commissions cumulative for your 12 month anniversary period are $400000.

Gross Commission $400000

Recruiter Commission for first $150000 $150000 X .70 $105000

Recruiter Commission for $250000 balance is 94% $235000

Total Anniversary Commissions on $400000 $340000

50% Split Commission Structure: If you place a candidate for another Recruiters client you get a 50% Split Commission.

Position is 1099 commission based
