SAIC has an immediate opening for a Policy Analyst supporting the Headquarters Air Force Deputy Chief of Staff for Strategic Deterrence and Nuclear Integration (AF/A10). Work will be performed in the Arlington, VA area (Pentagon). 

Responsibilities include:

• Provide support to AF/A10 Nuclear Oversight Council (NOC) Executive Secretariat team, to include planning, administration and execution of all NOC and NOC-related meetings.
• Coordinate meetings, to include agenda development, scheduling, and clearance management.
• Develop briefings, read ahead packages, and presentations for senior Air Force leadership.
• Draft after action reports and track action items resulting from NOC-related meetings.
• Draft and coordinate staff packages for review and approval.

Qualifications

Required Educational Background:

Bachelor’s Degree and six or more years of related experience or Master’s Degree and four years of related experience.  

Required Experience/Skills:

• Active Top Secret with SCI eligibility.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office products.
• Knowledge of Department of Defense organizations and functions.

Desired Skills:

• Understanding of Air Force organization and processes.
• Familiarity with SharePoint and Task Management Tool.
