Are you passionate about precision, quality, and making a difference in the pharmaceutical industry? Look no further! Express Employment Professionals is seeking a Pharmaceutical Process Operator to join a dynamic team in Stoughton, Wisconsin .

Pay: $18-20/hour; raise after evaluation period
Schedule: Monday-Friday 2pm-10:30pm
**Training on 1 st shift**

Responsibilities:

• Operate and Monitor Equipment : You’ll be hands-on, operating and monitoring pharmaceutical machinery. Your precision and focus will be essential to maintaining consistent production and documentation.
• Quality Control : Ensuring that products meet rigorous quality standards is your top priority. You’ll perform inspections, document results, and troubleshoot any issues.
• Adherence to SOPs : Following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) is critical
• Collaboration : You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams.
• Safety First : Safety is non-negotiable. You’ll follow safety protocols, participate in training, and contribute to a culture of well-being.

Qualifications:

• Experience : Previous machine operating experience and GMP and manufacturing experience
• Attention to Detail : Precision matters. Your meticulous approach ensures product consistency and patient safety.
• High School Diploma or Equivalent
