Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership: Manage and lead strategic projects for database implementation aimed at improving prescreen lending offers through aggregator channels.
GTM Strategy Development: Create and execute GTM strategies for aggregator channels, utilizing new prescreen database capabilities to their fullest potential.
Data Analysis: Analyze API integration and data flows to enhance user experience and refine marketing strategies.
Financial Forecasting: Forecast financials and demonstrate business value by engaging and influencing key stakeholders for successful program outcomes.
Effective Communication: Present ideas clearly to senior leaders and communicate complex concepts in an understandable way.
Qualifications and Core Requirements:

Experience: 5-7 years of experience in lending, finance, or banking.
Leadership: Proven ability to lead large-scale strategic initiatives.
Expertise: Knowledgeable in the strategic use of APIs and data (technical implementation not required).
Soft Skills: Strong communication skills, with the ability to present to senior leadership and collaborate effectively.
Language: No requirement for bilingual proficiency (Spanish/English).
