Job Description
Our client, an In House Creative Agency in San Francisco, CA is seeking a Part Time Freelance Project Manager to oversee the execution of email and CRM campaigns from inception through to completion. You will work closely with designers, copywriters, and brand marketing leads to ensure the successful delivery of high-impact campaigns. Must be based in San Francisco and willing to work in the office at least 1-2 days per week.
- Hybrid schedule in San Francisco
- Part time - 20-25 hours per week (no moonlighting)
- Rate range: $55-60 per hour
Responsibilities:- Campaign Management: Oversee the entire lifecycle of highly conceptual CRM campaigns, ensuring they deliver significant business impact.
- Workback Schedules: Develop detailed schedules that outline tasks and designate responsible resources.
- Team Coordination: Ensure team members are clear on their roles and responsibilities, and monitor task completion within assignment constraints.
- Status Tracking: Own and manage status trackers, confidently tracking and managing hundreds of deliverables per campaign.
- Meeting Management: Organize and manage meeting agendas, notes, and action items, ensuring clear next steps and consolidated feedback throughout the project.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure the delivery of high-quality assets with proper review/sign-offs.
- Creative Process Ownership: Oversee the CRM creative development and review process, managing stakeholder expectations and approvals.
Required Qualifications:- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Project Manager or Coordinator in a creative environment.
- Strong working knowledge of creative production processes across digital channels.
- Proven track record in managing the entire lifecycle of creative projects, both internally and externally.
- Experience collaborating with designers, copywriters, and brand marketing leads.
- Understanding of CRM and social creative standards and best practices.
- Experience managing CRM and digital campaigns.
- Proficiency in tracking and managing budgets.
- Experience with onboarding external parties and liaising with legal and finance teams.
- Excellent proficiency with G-Suite (Google Drive, Docs, Calendar).
- Preferred experience with a tech marketing team or agency.
