Are you a skilled Property Field Claims Adjuster looking for a rewarding opportunity? We are excited to invite you to join our team! This field-based role primarily covers the Fargo/Moorhead area and offers the flexibility of remote work when you're not actively inspecting claims.

Key Responsibilities:
- Field Inspections: Conduct on-site inspections of property claims within your designated territory, ensuring thorough assessments.
- Claims Investigation: Manage property claims from start to finish, performing comprehensive investigations to guarantee accurate evaluations.
- Estimate Preparation: Utilize Xactimate to create detailed estimates for property damage, ensuring all aspects are accounted for.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional service to clients, addressing their concerns promptly and ensuring a smooth and transparent claims process.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of inspections, communications, and the progression of claims, contributing to efficient workflow.

Non-Negotiable Requirements:
- Territory Requirement: Must reside in or be willing to relocate to the Fargo/Moorhead area.
- Experience: Proven experience as an onsite Property Adjuster (not just desk adjusting), preferably with a background in insurance carriers.
- Xactimate Proficiency: Familiarity with using Xactimate for claims and estimate preparation.
- Customer Service Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills and a proven track record in delivering superior customer service.

Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Drone Experience: Familiarity with using drones for property inspections.
- Construction Knowledge: Understanding of construction practices and terminology.
