As an operations consulting generalist at PwC, you will possess a broad understanding of various aspects of operations consulting. You will provide comprehensive guidance and support to clients in optimising operational efficiency and effectiveness. Working in this area, you will analyse client needs, develop operational solutions, and offer recommendations tailored to specific business requirements.

The Opportunity
As part of the Operations Consulting Generalist team you are expected to support process improvements and system implementations. As a Senior Associate you are expected to analyze complex problems, mentor others, and maintain standards. You are expected to focus on building client relationships, developing a deeper understanding of the business context, and navigating increasingly complex situations to deliver quality work.

What You Must Have
- Bachelor's Degree
- 5 years of experience
- At least (1) of the following certifications: CPC, CCS, CRC and ICD-10-CM

What Sets You Apart
- Master's Degree in Health Administration preferred
- Understanding of professional charge capture and billing
- Experience with EPIC/Cerner EHR systems
- Knowledge of CPT-4, ICD-9, ICD-10 coding
- Ability to provide specialty-specific education and training
- Experience in operations strategy and transformation
- Knowledge of supply chain management and logistics
- Experience with system applications supporting various processes

The salary range for this position is: $84,000 - $202,000, plus individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. For roles that are based in Maryland, this is the listed salary range for this position. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
