What You'll Do:

Generate and Nurture Leads: Connect with prospects through phone calls, emails, and other communications to add them to our sales pipeline and convert them into qualified real estate leads.
Expand Our Reach: Develop new business opportunities within targeted areas to grow our client base.
Maintain Organized Data: Create and manage a comprehensive database of prospective and past clients to ensure up-to-date information.
Track and Achieve Goals: Monitor and report on your performance, ensuring you meet monthly and quarterly sales targets.
What We're Looking For:

Real Estate License: Must have a valid Real Estate License or be actively pursuing one.
Sales Experience: At least 1 year of experience in real estate sales or a similar sales role.
Strong Communication: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Education: High school diploma required; bachelor's degree preferred.
Driver's License: Valid U.S. driver's license and ability to travel by car.
Availability: Must be able to work from our office between 8 AM and 11 AM. (No remote work available.)
