Job Description

Job Description: Full-Time Remote Administrative Assistant

The ideal candidate will be a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The position will be responsible for a wide range of administrative tasks, including but not limited to:

  • Answering and directing phone calls
  • Scheduling appointments and meetings
  • Preparing and distributing correspondence
  • Maintaining files and records
  • Providing customer service
  • Other administrative duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • At least 1 year of experience as an administrative assistant
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to meet deadlines and handle multiple projects simultaneously
