We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Couples Travel Planner to join our team and work remotely.
As a Planner specializing in romantic travel experiences you will play a pivotal role in curating unforgettable journeys for couples including dreamy honeymoons romantic getaways and milestone celebrations.
This position offers the flexibility to work remotely or from home with the opportunity to earn excellent commissions based on sales performance.
Responsibilities:
Tailored Itinerary Design: Craft personalized travel itineraries and packages tailored to the unique preferences and desires of each couple. Utilize your creativity and expertise to curate unforgettable experiences that exceed expectations.
Destination Expertise: Stay updated on trending destinations luxury accommodations romantic experiences and exclusive offerings worldwide. Provide expert recommendations and insider insights to clients ensuring their travel dreams come to life.
Client Relationship Management: Build strong relationships with clients by understanding their preferences needs and budget constraints. Communicate effectively and professionally to provide exceptional service throughout the booking process and beyond.
Booking Coordination: Manage all aspects of the booking process including flights accommodation transportation activities and special requests. Coordinate with travel partners resorts and vendors to secure the best rates and amenities for clients.
Qualifications:
Passion for Travel: Demonstrated enthusiasm for travel adventure and exploring new destinations. Genuine interest in creating unforgettable experiences for couples and celebrating love and romance.
Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple bookings deadlines and client requests simultaneously. Ability to thrive in a fastpaced environment while maintaining accuracy and efficiency.
Must be at least 18 Years of age and legally authorized to work in the United States.
Flexible Schedule: Ability to work remotely or from home with flexibility to accommodate client schedules as necessary.
