Position: Remote Secretaries and Administrative Assistant

Job Description:
We seek highly organized and self-motivated Remote Secretaries and Administrative Assistants to join our team. In this role, you will provide administrative support to our team of agents and assist with the company's day-to-day operations. This is a full-time, remote position that offers the flexibility to work from anywhere in the USA.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements for agents
- Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including phone calls, emails, and mail
- Draft and proofread correspondence, contracts, and other documents
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, conferences, and events
- Maintain and organize client files and records
- Assist with the preparation of presentations and reports
- Conduct research and gather information as needed
- Handle general office tasks such as ordering supplies and managing expenses
- Provide support to clients as needed
- Other administrative duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- 2+ years of experience in an administrative role
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Knowledge of the sports industry is a plus
