Job Description

We're looking for an energetic person with great communication and customer service skills to be the next shift manager at our quick service container restaurant. You'll be in charge of running the shift, which means you'll have to greet and serve customers, watch over the staff, and run the counter for that shift. This position will work alongside team members to make sure all food and drinks are delivered quickly. As a shift manager, you'll be in charge of scheduling employees, giving them tasks, dealing with customer complaints, and making sure all food and drink safety rules are followed. You'll bring strong organizational skills, experience as a supervisor, and previous work in a fast food or quick service restaurant. If this describes you, please apply right away! Responsibilities:

• Keep track of inventory and make sure every area is fully stocked by ordering supplies and coordinating product deliveries
• Arrange for the coverage of responsibilities for staff who can’t work their shift
• Help customers with their concerns in a quick, efficient, and friendly manner
• Educate the staff on safety guidelines, customer service best practices, and standards for restaurant cleanliness
• Delegate activities to employees and make sure they are executed efficiently and successfully to ensure quick service of all food and beverage

Qualifications:

• Computer skills and experience with MS Office strongly desired
• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent GED
• Must have previous experience in food service and the ability to perform various roles of restaurant crew, preferably in fast food or quick service
• This position requires previous experience managing a staff or relevant role
• Have superb communication skills, organizational skills, and problem-solving skills
