The company is seeking a skilled HECM Reverse Mortgage Underwriter to join our growing team. You will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy, compliance, and risk management of our HECM loan portfolio.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Underwrite HECM loan applications, adhering to FHA guidelines, investor standards, and company policies.
* Analyze borrower financials, income, and property information to determine eligibility.
* Review loan documentation for completeness and accuracy.
* Collaborate with loan originators and processors to ensure timely loan processing.
* Maintain a deep understanding of HECM underwriting requirements and risk assessment tools.

**Qualifications:**

* Minimum of 3 years of residential loan underwriting experience.
* Prior HECM underwriting experience strongly preferred.
* DE certification preferred.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
* Proficient in MS Office Suite.
* Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
