Job Description

Position : RN Labor and Delivery Nurse

Location : Laramie WY 82072

Pay scale : $3334/Gross Weekly

Shift : 12hr

Responsibilities :

• Provide specialized nursing care to pregnant women during labor childbirth and the postpartum period.
• Monitor fetal heart rates and maternal vital signs during labor.
• Assist with the delivery process including coaching and providing emotional support to mothers.
• Administer medications and pain relief measures as prescribed.
• Collaborate with obstetricians midwives and healthcare professionals to ensure a safe and positive birthing experience.
• Educate and support new mothers in postpartum care and newborn care.

Requirements :

• Registered Nurse (RN) licensure.
• Experience in labor and delivery nursing.
• Proficiency in fetal monitoring and assisting with childbirth.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) and Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certifications.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
