As a Telephonic Case and Disease Manager RN, you’ll support a diverse member population with education, advocacy, and connections to the resources they need to feel better and get well. You'll need to be efficient, productive, and thorough while working with our members over the phone. Solid computer and software navigation skills are critical. The schedule for this position is Monday - Friday during standard business hours and includes working two nights per week until 8PM in the local time zone.
